The Treatment Process
(1) Welcome, and Hello
Your assigned therapist will greet and welcome you. Each room is used completely separately, so please be sure to come on time for your reservation. Please note that arriving late may cause your treatment time to be cut short.
(2) Counseling
For first-time clients, we’ll have you fill out information regarding your physical condition and requests on the counseling sheet, while drinking “welcome tea”. After conferring with your therapist, you can select the essence that is right for you and your condition. You may also elect to receive treatment without using essence.
(3) Getting changed
Now you’ll change into your bathrobe. Those who request it may also use the showers and foot baths as well. We also keep a supply of painstakingly selected amenities on hand, such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and more.
(4) Relaxation Time
It’s finally time for your body aroma oil treatment (facial, foot sole). Even during winter, you can spend a bit of time in pure comfort, with an electric heated blanket... Please don’t hesitate to specify your optimal temperature or pressure levels. Also, only the part of your body that is being treated will be uncovered by your towel. The basic flow of the process ? the order in which treatment progresses - goes like this: Back of both legs→hips→back, front of both legs→stomach→both arms, hands→chest area→head.
(5) Thank you very much
After your treatment, if requested, you can use our showers. After getting changed, please sit back and relax with tea and sweets. We have a plethora of teas for you to select from, including our own special herb tea.

Q1 Can I pay by credit card?
We apologize profusely, but we do not accept credit cards. Please make payments in cash.
Q2 Do you have showering facilities?
Yes, yes we do. You may use them to freshen up before or after your treatment. We provide all necessary amenities, including “fragrance-free body soap”, “shampoo”, “conditioner”, “body towels”, “other amenities”, and more for you to use at your leisure.
Q3 Can I make same-day reservations?
Depending on our schedule for the day, we can sometimes accept same-day reservations. Please don’t hesitate to call for an inquiry.
Q4 I’m going to be late for my appointment...
If the time slot after yours is filled, your treatment time may be cut short, so please try to make it on time. Also, being more than ten minutes late may result in cancellation, so please be sure to contact us ahead of time.
Q5 About excessive service requests
Clients engaging in behavior deemed to be uncomfortable or antagonistic toward the therapist may have their treatment immediately stopped and be sent out without refund. Please note that we do not, under any circumstances, perform any kind of sexual/sensual massages or any other prostitution-like services. Also, you may not be allowed to enter the facility again, so please be careful. This is to ensure that the therapist and the client can build a pleasant, comfortable relationship, and to provide services and treatment with which the client can be satisfied, so we thank you for your understanding.
